Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson - Who Wins and Why it Matters

Friday night, the stage is set for a battle that has the combat sports world on edge —Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson. It's a fight that puts the social media sensation turned boxer against one of the most fearsome legends in the history of the sport. Jake Paul, with his relentless rise through the boxing ranks and controversial trash talk, will face the electrifying power of Tyson, a man whose name alone strikes fear into opponents. It'll be interesting to see if the young YouTube star, now turned boxer, can keep his remarkable rise to fame in the boxing world alive, as he goes up against one of the best the sport has ever seen, even at his age. Will history be made? Or will Mike Tyson become a shadow of his former self? For me, including a lot of us, we can only hope Mike Tyson can show the world why he's the most feared man on the planet one more time.

On November 15th at the brand new constructed AT&T Stadium, Mike Tyson will look to enter the ring one last time, to put an end to the drama that surrounds his opponent, Jake Paul. With a capacity of 80,000 it's one of the largest football stadiums in the world, and may be one of the largest seating for a boxing event we've ever seen. Finally, on Friday, 58 years old Mike Tyson will make his way into the ring one final time, to attempt to put an end to one of the most controversial boxing icons we've seen in recent time, Jake Paul. The last time we saw Mike Tyson in the ring, was against Roy Jones Jr who also attempted a comeback, in a fight that ended in a controversial split-draw. Though Mike Tyson looked extremely well for his age, it's hard to get around the fact that he's 58 years old, and we're all uncertain of what kind of damage he can take against a young, powerful boxer like Jake Paul. Tyson has recently explained that he had been training four days a week and his regime included 8-round sparring sessions and may be in the best shape of his life as of late. With this said, nobody knows if we'll get a former shell of what Mike Tyson once was, or if he'll be able to close the distance, avoid getting caught, and give us the knock-out we are all hoping to see.

The "Problem Child" Jake Paul could obtain the biggest win of his career this Friday with a win over Mike Tyson, but will it come with a lingering asterisk? In his prime, Mike Tyson would absolutely disintegrate Jake Paul, returning him to the womb where he'd have to be rebirthed as someone else, but the past is the past and the present is now. Jake Paul has an avid history of choosing his opponents in a particular manner, with most of them being well aged MMA and athletic sensations. With opponents such as NBA star Nate Robinson, 49-year-old Anderson Silva, and 42-year-old Tyron Woodley, Paul has always picked opponents who have aged and don't particularly just "box". The only time Jake Paul has lost, was when he finally fought an actual boxer, Tommy Fury, the brother of former World Heavyweight Champion, Tyson Fury. Yet again, Paul will face an actual boxer, but this time a beast he's never seen. In hopes Mike Tyson can show us he's found the fountain of youth, maybe we'll finally see an end to Jake Paul's clown-like antics once and for all.

All Facts aside, most of us want to see Mike Tyson throw one last hook that will turn Jake Paul into pixie dust. We'll be rooting on one of the greatest of all time, in hope the OG can show us why he's made of Iron and not of natural human nature. They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, and I don't think they'll need to as long as Mike has both his hands and health in good shape.

This isn't just an article, but it's a love letter to Mike Tyson. Please, Mike Tyson, put an end to the circus and walk off victorious one last time.
